How a low or negative prepaid Credit balance affects your resources — the Warning, Restrict, Suspend, and Terminate stages — and how to restore service by topping up.

Credit sanction lifecycleWhen a prepaid Credit balance runs low or reaches zero, FPT Cloud applies sanctions in stages to protect your account before any data is lost. Knowing each stage tells you how much time you have and how much to top up to recover.Warning levelsWarning levels tell you the balance is running out before any service stops. They give you four escalating chances to top up while everything is still running.Account RestrictedAn account becomes Restricted the moment its prepaid Credit reaches zero. This state protects your account from further spend while keeping your data intact and giving you one day to top up before service is suspended.Service SuspendedAn account is Suspended one day after it becomes Restricted if no Credit is added. All services pause and your data is preserved, but you have seven days to top up before resources are terminated.Service TerminatedTermination is the final sanction stage, reached seven days after suspension if no Credit is added. It permanently removes your resources and cannot be reverted.
