Protection against accidental deletion, corruption, and system failure. Backups run on a schedule you set and are stored on isolated dedicated storage; point-in-time recovery is available on PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB. Start with the overview, because enabling the backup service on its own does not back anything up until a backup job exists and has run.
