To use the Tagging module, your account needs the relevant Tagging permissions configured.
📄️ Create a tag
Create a tag in the catalog to start classifying resources by project, environment, or owning team.
📄️ Delete a tag
Delete a tag from the catalog when it is no longer used and you want to clean up the list.
📄️ Remove tags from resources
The Remove Tags wizard lets you remove tags from multiple resources of the same type in a single action.
📄️ Manage tags on an Instance
You can add or remove tags directly on an Instance from the Instances list, without opening the Tagging module.
📄️ View tag coverage
The Resources tab shows the share of tagged resources by type within a VPC, helping you quickly spot resources that have not been classified.
📄️ Run a Tag Policy
Once you have created a policy, you can run it manually, toggle its status, and review detailed execution history.
