Workspaces

Workspaces are isolated environments for teams or projects within your Organization. You set the Services, Quota, and Policies for each Workspace.


Create a workspace

1. Go to workspace settings

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Workspaces from the menu.
  3. Click Create Workspace.

2. Fill in the general details

  1. Enter a Name for the Workspace. This is how it appears to all Members.
  2. Optionally enter a Description.

3. Assign workspace admins

In the Access control section, search for and select users to make Workspace Admins.

4. Set the workspace quota

A Quota is a credit spending limit for the Workspace. It is a budget control — not a hard GPU limit. Both the Organization Owner and the Workspace Admin can set this.

  1. In the Entitlement/Quotas section, select a Quota type:
    • Monthly — maximum credits the Workspace can spend per calendar month.
    • Daily — maximum credits the Workspace can spend per day.
    • No Quota — no spending cap.
  2. Enter the limit amount if you selected Monthly or Daily.

At 80% of Quota, all Workspace Members receive a notification. At 100%, new resource creation is blocked. Existing running resources are not stopped.

5. Review services

All Services are enabled by default. Disable any Services this Workspace should not access.

  1. In the Services section, toggle off any Services you want to restrict.
  2. Click Finish.

Disabled Services are hidden from Members entirely — they will not appear in the sidebar.

6. Assign policies (optional)

  1. In the Policies section, select any Policies to assign to this Workspace.
  2. If no Policies are selected, the Workspace uses the default AdministratorAccess Policy (full access).

7. Save the workspace

Click Finish. The Workspace appears in the Workspace list and is immediately accessible to assigned Members.

Update workspace quota

You can adjust a Workspace's Quota at any time. The Quota tracks credit consumption in USD against a configured limit.

From Organization settings (any Workspace):

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar → Workspaces.
  2. Click the Edit icon on the Workspace.

From Workspace settings (your own Workspace):

  1. Click Settings in the Workspace sidebar → Workspace.

Then in the Budget Quota section:

  1. Enter a new Value limit (whole number in USD).
  2. Select the PeriodDay or Month.
  3. Click Save.

The Workspace list shows each Workspace's current Quota in the Quotas column (e.g. $500/month or if none).

warning

At 100%, new resource creation fails silently — no error is shown to the user. To restore it, raise the Quota limit or top up the Organization Wallet.
