What support do I receive when renting a server and using the Backup service on FPT Cloud?

As soon as you contact FPT Cloud and agree to use the service, you will be provided with an account to manage resources on the FPT Portal and usage guides.

During resource initialization and service usage, if you need any support, simply contact the technical team. The technical engineers will support you 24/7.

The Backup service requires no agent or additional tooling on your VMs, so most setup questions are answered by the initial setup guide rather than needing a support ticket.

When you contact support about a running Backup Job, include the Job name and the VPC. Both are shown on the Backup job tab of Backup & Recovery.
