Service Terminated
Termination is the final sanction stage, reached seven days after suspension if no Credit is added. It permanently removes your resources and cannot be reverted.
What Terminated does
When a suspended account is not topped up in time:
- The subscription moves to Terminated.
- All VPCs in the Org and every resource inside them are revoked and deleted: VM, volume, subnet, snapshot, template, load balancer, database instance.
- Object storage buckets are deleted (when that service is in scope).
- A termination email is sent to you and CC's your Account/Finance Manager.
danger
Termination deletes your data permanently. There is no way to restore a terminated account or its resources.
When your account moves to Terminated, you receive an email notification like the one below:

After termination
To use FPT Cloud again, register and create a new tenant. Previous resources and data cannot be recovered.
