Wallet Balance Types
FPT Cloud shows 3 balance metrics on the Balance & Transaction page:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| My Balance | Total wallet balance (= Available Balance + On Hold Balance) |
| Available Balance | Amount ready to use for creating new resources |
| On Hold Balance | Funds temporarily held for running resources |
Example
If My Balance = 9,000,000 ₫ and On Hold Balance = 500,000 ₫, then Available Balance = 8,500,000 ₫.
When you delete a resource, the corresponding On Hold Balance is released and moved to Available Balance.
Notes
- The system only allows new resources to be created when Available Balance is sufficient to hold at least one billing cycle.
- My Balance is also shown in the top navigation bar so you can check it without visiting this page.
