View transaction history
This guide explains how to read the 3 transaction history tabs on the Balance & Transaction page.
Prerequisites
- Signed in to FPT Cloud Portal.
Top-up Transactions tab
This tab lists all wallet top-up transactions.
- From the left navigation, go to Billing → Balance & Transactions.
- Select the Top-up Transactions tab.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Date & Time | When the transaction occurred |
| Payment method | Payment method used (VNPay) |
| Top-up amount (₫) | Amount topped up |
| Status | Success — succeeded / Failed — failed |
| Transaction ID | Transaction code from the payment gateway |
| Invoice | Linked invoice (if any) |
Use the Filter button to filter by date range or status.
Deduction Transactions tab
This tab lists automatic deduction transactions (hourly or monthly).
- Select the Deduction Transactions tab.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Transaction ID | Transaction code (click to view details) |
| Deduction Time | When the deduction occurred |
| Wallet Balance Before | Wallet balance before the deduction |
| Deduction Amount | Amount deducted |
| Wallet Balance After | Wallet balance after the deduction |
| Currency | Currency (VND) |
| Status | Success — deduction succeeded |
Gift Code History tab
This tab lists all redeemed gift codes.
- Select the Gift Code History tab.
- Type a code in the Search by Gift Code field to search quickly.
