Balance & Transaction
The Balance & Transaction page (Billing → Balance & Transactions) is the financial management hub in FPT Cloud Portal. Here you can:
- View your current wallet balance (My Balance, Available Balance, On Hold Balance)
- Add funds quickly via the Top-up balance button
- View and update your billing information
- Track top-up, deduction, and gift code redemption history
Page structure

| Balance (left) | Displays 3 balance metrics and the Top-up balance button |
| Billing information (right) | Company details used for invoicing; includes an Edit button |
| Top-up Transactions tab | History of top-up transactions via VNPay |

| Gift Code History tab | History of redeemed gift codes |
