What is FPT ID?
FPT ID is FPT's centralized Single Sign-On system, letting you use one account to access multiple products and services across the FPT ecosystem.
FPT ID and FPT Cloud
When you sign in to FPT Cloud, you authenticate through FPT ID — not a separate FPT Cloud account. This means:

| FPT ID | Centralized login account: email + password. Managed by the FPT ID system. |
| FPT Cloud Tenant | Your dedicated workspace on FPT Cloud, linked to your FPT ID. Created during Onboarding. |
| Phone number (OTP) | Linked to your FPT ID for two-factor authentication — required only on first login. |
One FPT ID, multiple Tenants
A single FPT ID can be invited to multiple FPT Cloud Tenants (e.g., your company's Tenant and your personal Tenant). When you sign in, you choose which Tenant to work in.
Individual vs Company
During Onboarding, you choose an account type:

| Company | Businesses and organizations | Tax ID and company name per business license required. VAT invoice is issued under the company name. |
📝 Note: After completing Onboarding, the account type usually cannot be changed. Choose correctly from the start.
Forgot your FPT ID password
FPT ID passwords are managed by the FPT ID system, not FPT Cloud. To reset your password:
- On the FPT ID sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Enter your registered email.
- Check your email and follow the password reset instructions.
