What is FPT Cloud Customer Portal
FPT Cloud Customer Portal is a self-service portal at console.fptcloud.com where you create and manage cloud resources (virtual machines, storage, IP addresses) using the Prepaid model: top up your wallet and pay only for what you use.
What's in this module

| Register an account | Create an FPT ID with your email and verify your email address. |
| First login | Sign in and verify your phone number via OTP. |
| Fill in organization info | Choose account type (Individual/Company), enter details, and confirm. |
| Initialize Tenant | The system automatically creates your dedicated workspace on FPT Cloud. |
4 steps to get started
- Register an FPT ID and verify your email.
- Sign in for the first time and verify your phone number via OTP.
- Fill in your organization information (Individual or Company) and click Confirm & Start.
- The system initializes your Tenant — you are redirected to the Homepage.
