Quickstart: Register and activate your account

Complete registration and start using FPT Cloud in about 10 minutes.

📝 Requirements: A valid email address and a Vietnamese phone number that can receive SMS. See Prerequisites.

  1. Go to console.fptcloud.com → click Login with FPT ID.

  2. On the FPT ID page, click Sign up → fill in First name, Last name, Email, Username, Password, and Confirm password → check the terms checkbox → click Sign up.

    Expected result: The system sends a verification email to the address you entered.

  3. Open your email and click the verification link.

    Expected result: A page confirms your email is verified.

  4. Return to console.fptcloud.com → enter your Username/Email and Password → click Sign in.

  5. Select your country code, enter your phone number → click Send OTP → enter the OTP received via SMS → confirm.

    Expected result: The system redirects you to the Onboarding screen.

  6. Choose your account type (Individual or Company) → fill in your details → click Next > → review on the Confirm information screen → click Confirm & Start.

    Expected result: The system shows "Initiating....." then automatically redirects you to the Homepage.

You're ready to use FPT Cloud. Next step: top up your wallet to start creating resources.
