Redeem a Gift Code
If you have a gift code from FPT Cloud, redeem it to add value to your wallet balance.
Prerequisites
- Signed in to FPT Cloud Portal.
- A valid gift code that has not expired.
Redeem a gift code

From the left navigation, go to Billing → Top-up.

In the right sidebar, find the Redeem gift code section.

Enter your code in the Gift code field.

Click Redeem.
The full value of the code is credited immediately to your Available Balance.
📝 Note: Each gift code can only be used once. The value is non-refundable and non-transferable.
