Top-up — Overview
To create and maintain resources on FPT Cloud, you need a wallet balance. This page explains how to add funds and track transaction history.
Payment method
FPT Cloud currently supports top-up via:

Top-up flow
Select amount and payment method
↓
Redirect to VNPay gateway
↓
Complete payment on VNPay
↓
Wallet balance updated immediately after successful transaction
View transaction history
All top-up history is available at Billing → Balance & Transactions → Top-up Transactions tab, including: date & time, payment method, amount, status (Success / Failed), and Transaction ID.
