Quickstart: Top up your wallet for the first time

Add funds to your FPT Cloud wallet in under 2 minutes.

Prerequisites

• Signed in to FPT Cloud Portal.
• A bank account or e-wallet that supports VNPay.

Steps

1. From the left navigation, go to Billing → Top-up.
2. Select a preset amount or enter a custom amount in the Or input the amount you want field.
3. Click Pay via VNPay and complete the payment on the VNPay gateway.

Result: Your My Balance increases immediately after the transaction succeeds.

⚠️ Purchased credit is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete.
