Look up which resource types appear on the Resources tab, can be used as a root in Tag & Inherit, and are valid as a Policy scope.

📝 Note: VPC does not appear on the Resources tab but is still a valid scope in Create Policy. DB Cluster — the tag applies to the cluster; DB instances inherit the tag and cannot be tagged directly.
📝 Note: K8s Managed Cluster and K8s Dedicated Cluster — a tag assigned to the cluster is automatically inherited by all member VMs. See Tag inheritance from a K8S Cluster.
