Container Registry overview

FPT Container Registry is a service for storing and managing your container images on FPT Cloud. You push and pull images with the Docker CLI, organize them into Repositories on the FPT Portal, and automate storage cleanup instead of deleting images by hand.

What you can do with Container Registry

  • Activate the service and push or pull images using the Docker CLI.
  • View and manage Repositories, Artifacts, and Tags directly on the FPT Portal.
  • Automatically clean up outdated images with Retention Rules, on a schedule or on demand.
  • Grant CI/CD pipelines and automated systems isolated access with Robot Accounts, instead of using a personal user account.
  • Scan images for security vulnerabilities (CVEs) and review the detailed results before deploying to production.
  • Monitor your Quota and upgrade your Service Plan when your storage or Pull-limit needs grow.

Container Registry helps your team keep a secure, organized store of container images and reduces the manual work of managing storage and access over time.
