Reporting2

The Reporting feature enables users to extract statistical data regarding database cluster activities across a designated time period. Reports can be generated either manually or automatically through scheduled intervals. Reports help users by: - Tracking activity history - Evaluating execution status - Supporting operational audits or internal archiving Currently, FPT Database Engine supports one report type: Backup activity report for database clusters. Required permission: `manageDatabase:ReportConfig` (Edit) — allows configuring and managing the schedule for receiving database cluster activity reports. To work with reports, see the detailed guides in the sub-sections below.

Manual report exportThe Manual report export feature allows users to extract statistical data about backup activities for database clusters over a selected time period at the time of execution. This report helps track backup history, evaluate execution status, and support operational audits or internal archiving.Report schedulesThe Report schedules function allows users to create, manage, and monitor schedules for automatically sending reports on backup activities for database clusters over selected periods. Instead of manually accessing the system to export reports, users can set up schedules for the system to automatically send periodic reports to predefined email addresses. Reports are sent as CSV files.
