3. View Alert state

Step 1: Sign in to FPT Cloud Portal

Step 2: Go to Cloud Guard page > Alert > Select Alerts tab.

Step 3: Check the current status of the Alert in the State field of each Alert. There are 2 possible states:

• OK: The resource corresponding to that Alert type is working properly and doesn't meet the alert threshold.

• ALARM: One of the resources that corresponds to that type of Alert is reaching the alert threshold, has sent an alert to the recipient, and that resource has not yet returned to its normal operating state.

The current status of alerts is automatically updated every 20 seconds.
