1. Create Recipient

To create alerts and receive alerts to a custom method, users need to create a recipient and configure alerts for this recipient.

Step 1: Sign in to FPT Cloud Portal

Step 2: Go to Cloud Guard page > Alert > Select Recipients tab.

Step 3: Select Create Recipient. A new dialog box will appear. Users configure following fields of information:

• Name: Enter the recipient name.

• Address: Enter the recipient's email address.

• Type: Select the most suitable method of receiving alerts. The current version only supports sending alerts via email method.

Step 4: Select Create to add a new recipient.

After recipients are successfully created, users can view those recipients on recipient list.
