Billing Plans
A Billing Plan is a prepaid credit allocation purchased through FPT that covers specific services over a fixed time period. Plans offer a cost-effective alternative to pay-as-you-go top-ups for teams with predictable usage.
View your Billing Plans
In the left sidebar, click Billing, then click Billing plans.
The page header shows four summary cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active plans | Number of currently active plans |
| Expired plans | Number of plans that have ended |
| Total spent | Total amount consumed across all plans, with percentage change vs. last month |
| Total plan amount | Sum of all plan values and the remaining unused amount |
Filter and search plans
Use the filter bar to narrow the list:

| Service | Filter by one or more services covered by the plan |
| Status | Active, Expired, or Inactive |
| Date range | Filter by plan start or end date |
Understand the plan list
Each row in the table shows:
| Column | What it shows |

| Billing plan | Plan type and unique plan code |
| Services | Services covered by the plan (up to 2 shown; click to expand) |
| Duration | Start date, end date, and days remaining |
| Status | Active, Expired, or Inactive |
| Usage | Amount consumed, percentage used, and a progress bar |
| Payment status | Paid, Unpaid, or Partially paid |
If a plan has an Unpaid or Partially paid status, a Pay now button appears inline. Click it to complete the payment.

Click any row in the list to open the plan detail page.
Quick stats
Three pills at the top of the page show:
- Current status of the plan
- Days remaining until the plan expires
- Usage percentage consumed so far

The detail page is divided into four sections:
Usage overview
- Amount consumed vs. total plan value
- Usage progress bar
- Remaining balance
- Estimated days until the plan balance is depleted
Plan details
- Services covered
- Start date and end date
Payment details
- Payment option
- Upfront amount paid
- Payment method
- Payment status
Other information
- Date and user who created the plan
- Currency
- Region
Service breakdown
Below the main info card, a table shows usage broken down by each service:

| Unit | Billing unit (e.g., hour, token) |
| Usage volume | Total units consumed |
| Spent amount | Cost incurred for this service |

The last row summarizes totals across all services.
Renew a Billing Plan
On the plan detail page, click Renew billing plan in the top-right corner. Follow the renewal flow to extend the plan period.
Billing plan credits are consumed before Voucher credits and top-up credits. See Billing for the consumption order.
