Audit Logs
Audit logs record all user and system actions across your Organization. Use them to track who did what, when, and whether it succeeded. Organization Owners see logs for the entire Organization. Workspace Admins see logs scoped to their Workspace.
Logs are read-only — they cannot be edited or deleted.
1. Open Audit Logs
In the left sidebar, click Audit Logs.
The Audit Log table opens showing all recorded events for your Organization.

2. Read the table columns
Each row in the table represents a single event:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | Date and time the event occurred (format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss) |
| User | Email of the user who performed the action |
| Scope | Area of the system: Organization, Billing, Workspace, or Service |
| Category | Sub-area within the scope (for example: Member, Policy, GPU Quota) |
| Action | The specific action taken (for example: Create Policy, Stop Notebook) |
| Target | The resource affected (name or ID) |
| Status | SUCCESS (green) or FAILED (red) |
| Description | A human-readable summary of the event |
3. Filter events
Use the filter bar above the table to narrow results:
- Search — type any keyword to search across scope, category, user, action, target, and description.
- Scope — select a scope to show only events in that area:
- Organization — Member changes, Policy changes, Workspace creation.
- Billing — credits, payments, plans, Vouchers.
- Workspace — Workspace-level Member and settings changes.
- Service — AI Notebook, GPU Container, AI Inference actions.
- Category — available after selecting a scope. Narrows to a specific sub-area.
To clear a filter, click the × on the filter chip, or select a blank option.
The Category filter is disabled until you select a Scope. The available categories update automatically based on the selected scope.
