Billing Settings

The Billing Settings page lets you manage your account information, view your billing currency, and configure a low-balance alert for your Organization Wallet.

Go to Billing Settings

In the left sidebar, click Billing, then click Billing settings.


Account information

The Account information section stores the details used on invoices and receipts.

View and edit account information

  1. Click Edit to switch to edit mode.
  2. Update any of the following fields:

Tax ID / National IDTax identification number (for companies) or national ID (for individuals)
  1. Click Save to apply changes, or Cancel to discard.

Billing currency

The Billing currency section displays the currency currently set for your Organization. This value is locked and cannot be changed after your first top-up.

Supported currencies: USD, VND, JPY.

Choose your currency carefully during the first top-up. Once set, it applies to all future transactions and cannot be switched.


Low balance alert

The low-balance alert sends an email notification when your Organization Wallet drops below a threshold you define, giving you time to top up before running resources are interrupted.

Enable the alert

  1. In the Low balance alert section, check Send email by credit threshold.
  2. Enter a Credit threshold in USD — for example, 50 to be notified when the balance falls below $50.
  3. Enter one or more Recipient emails. To add multiple addresses, separate them with commas.
  4. Click Save.

Disable the alert

  1. Uncheck Send email by credit threshold.
  2. Click Save.
