# 1. Create Autoscale Load balancer Policy

**Requirements (Can be ignored if VPC is already available):**

**Step 1:** Go to **Autoscaling** > Select **Autoscale Policy** > Select **Create policy.**

**Step 2:** A new dialog box will appear. Users configure the following fields of information:

* **Policy name:** The name of the policy (Only contains letters, numbers, and underlines)
* **Policy type:** Select **Load balancer**
* **Load Balancer:** Select the created load balancer
* **Port:** The port that the load balancer will listen to on the nodes.

**Step 3:** Select **Create**.
