Requirements

  • 1. Create subnet. For database, user need to create a subnet with "Static IP Pools"

  • 1 Floating IP

Step 1: Select Database on menu. Users will be redirected to the Database management page.

Step 2: select Create. A new dialog box will appear.

Step 3: Configure virtual machine with following fields of information:

Information common:

  • Type: Select 1 from 4 type: MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/Mongo

  • Version: versions available for the selected type

  • Edge Gateway, Network, Public IP, Policy: network information related to database

  • High Availability: By default, this is set to “off” (Quantity (1) only 1 Master Node instance), If set to “on” (Quantity (3) will increase to 3 Master Node instance).

Nodes Configuration

  • Choose Configuration: Short Config Available: available hardware configurations Custom Config: Custom hardware configurations: vCPU (minimum 2 vCPU), RAM (minimum 4 GB RAM), Storage Disk (minimum 50 GB), Node core (Numbers of desirable node core)

  • Configuration List: list available hardware configurations and pricing.

Database Information

  • Cluster Name: database cluster name

  • Database Default: by default

  • Password: password to login Database

  • Confirm Password: confirm password

Backup Database (By default, no automatic database backup)

  • Automatic backup data: Schedule automatic database backup (Day Of Week, Hours, Minute, Day Of Month, Month, Quantity).

Monitor (by default, set to off)

  • Monitor database: database monitoring, includes username and password (to login to database monitor)

Step 4: Verify and select Create to start creating a database.
