# 3. Attach Autoscale Policy

**Requirements (Can be ignored if VPC is already available):**

**Step 1:** Go to **Autoscaling** page > **Autoscale Group** > Select a group you want to attach policy.

**Step 2:** On selected **Autoscale Group**, select **Policy** tab > Select **Attach Policy**.

* If Autoscale Group has not been attached to any policy, the screen is displayed as below:

* If Autoscale Group has already attached to a policy, the screen is displayed as below:

**Step 3:** A new dialog box will appear. Select the policy to attach > Select **Attach**.
