5. Create instance snapshot

Step 1: On Instance Management page, in Actions section, select Snapshot > Create snapshot. A new dialog box will appear.

Step 2: Select Create.

The system will process to create a snapshot after checking the allowed VPC resources. It normally takes about 30 minutes to initiate a snapshot, depending on the model and data of instance. Users will be notified when the process has been completed.

Note: Each instance can create and store 1 snapshot. The latest generated snapshot overrides the previous one.
