# 1. Create User Group and assign permission

**Step  1:** On menu, select **IAM** > **User Group**. 

**Step 2:** Select **Create User group**, configure with following information:

* **Name:** group name (must be unique between all group).
* **Description:** Description for this user group
* **Role**: assign roles for this group
* **VPC Resource:** can select more than 1 VPC. By default, user group have access to all VPC available on current tenant.
* **User:** assign current users to this group or invite new users into group. 

**Step 3:** Select **Create** to confirm and create new User Group.
