1. Create instance

Step 1: Go to Instance Management, select New instance. A new dialog box will appear.
Step 2: Configure virtual machine with following fields of information:
Field | Description |

Instance name | Enter instance name. This will also become the host name of the instance. |
Flavor | Choose the main OS that suits your needs. Each OS group will consist of different versions. The default is the latest version. |
Type | Each model will configure CPU, RAM differently. Or users can create one that best suit their needs. |
Local Storage | Add a hard drive to the machine, increase and reduce capacity or leave the default capacity, at least 40GB. |
Subnet & Private IP | Auto-assign subnet and private IP are based on the network of VPC. Users can change if desired. |
Authentication type | Standard (username/password) or SSH key. If SSH Key is selected, the latest SSH key will be applied (changeable). If using the Standard method, users need to remember and secure password. |
Step 3: Click Create Instance to create a virtual machine.
The system will notify users, check the resource, and process initializing a new instance based on the selected configuration. Once the initialization is successful, user can see the new instance created and check the information. Each instance will be displayed full information about name, configuration (Ram, CPU, Storage), IP address, activity status (off/on/suspended).
